Overview
You might invite people to a strategy so they can help you create and manage a strategy, or so they can view it as needed in their workflow. You can add people to a strategy as an Admin, Viewer, or Collaborator at any stage of your strategy journey.
An Owner can edit details, make updates, publish and share a strategy.
An Admin can modify permissions for all others aside from the owner. An Admin can also publish a strategy.
A Collaborator can edit strategy details and make updates but cannot publish, share, or modify permissions of a strategy.
A Viewer can review the strategy without making any changes.
Share a Strategy
Navigate to https://strategy.myworkboard.com/
Click the strategy you’d like to share with others
Select the Share button on the upper right hand corner of the page
Search by person or team name
Select the people you’d like to invite
Choose whether each individual is an Owner, Admin, Collaborator, or Viewer
Choose Done
