Overview
Member profiles are a way to let the team know how "you do you" — show off your impact on your organization's strategic priorities, personalize your page with your favorite photo, and get and share insights on your contributions.
Update your Profile
Click on your Avatar or picture in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Select Profile.
Update your profile picture, your background, and add a little bit more about yourself.
Contribution Insights
Your member profile shows your contributions and insights around them including:
The dynamic and functional teams you're engaged on with a visual for the intensity of activity in each
Your social feedback and badges
Current quarter results you’re responsible for
The OKRs you are contributing to
Insights about your impact over time
Find your Peers
Click in the Search WorkBoard field in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Search all.
Search for a colleague.
Select their Profile Page.
Check out their work and optionally send them a badge to celebrate their success!
