This release we have refined the keyboard patterns for our My Objective's tab navigation, color contrast on the page and improved the focus management.
My Objectives Page
Color Contrast Improvements
Contrast improved on the Update button in the Key Result's list
Contrast improved on both the team and owner name in the Key Result's list
Keyboard functionality (focus indicators, labeling, tab order, and key press events)
Extra tab order removed from the Key Results list item
Tab navigation key patterns have been improved to match W3 recommendations
Enhanced focus indicator is added to the Show combobox

Color Contrast Improvements
The custom date range picker has been updated to address placeholder and controls color contrast
Keyboard functionality (focus indicators, labeling, tab order, and key press events)
The custom date range picker has been replaced with a new component that is keyboard accessible and includes roles and labeling
Tooltip added to the Filter Options icon button
Error Validation
The new custom date range picker component pre-populates the values for the beginning and end of the current quarter. With this change, error validation has been removed for when a user has empty input fields and removes an issue where it wasn't being read in Narrator
